I Hate Cleaning the Kitchen, I Want Someone Else to Clean It Up
If you have a roommate or spouse who doesn't clean up the kitchen. How would you take a problem like that and attack it using this method so that you can see what some of the other options might be? Right. So in that example, I can't understand how, A, it's probably expensive to make the elevator faster, so it's much cheaper just to put up a mirror. And B, maybe the real problem people are actually feeling, even though they're not articulating it,. But if you let them sort of fix their hair, check their teeth, they're suddenly distracted and don't notice.
