The Wizard of Oz - A Story About a Sorceress

Inier has to go talk to the widow of the web, who is like a sorceress trapped in a a sphere in the middle of a giant cave surrounded by spider webs. He's given the sand from the hour glass, and this mehow helps him get back across the web. She is able to use her magic to tell him where the fortress is going to be,. But he can't get back out to the mouth of the cave without the spider killing him. So she breaks the hour glass. I think that kills her, or dooms her in some way. And then the sand pours out of his hand, and theyr like, oh, no, the desert.
