How to Reward the Candor
Listen with the intent to understand. Get curious, not furious. If you agree with the feedback, rewarding it is pretty easy. You fix the problem that they brought to your attention. And you can be sort of theatrical about fixing the problem and asking whether you went far enough or maybe you went too far when you fixed them.
