i did this with my sails, tor andrea. It took us like three hours to sit down and do this exercise then come back to it and doig it again. What you have to do is list out every single problem that your ideal customer has before buying your offer,. while buying your offer, and then after they've already bought it, every problem. And the other powerful piece of this, it's not just before they bought, it's after they bought. i pushed myself and ourselves to think about, after someone signed up for our done with you programme, where are they still struggling? That makes you have the reality of, like, where is your offer not good enough?
