How to Follow Others on Twitter

Twitter is the place for discussing anything and everything. The hashtag can be used for those same purposes. I don't like to prescribe a single approach to using Twitter. For me in the beginning we had the mindset of if somebody follows you you follow them back. It was just it was the right thing and the respectful thing to do.
