How Many Blind People Are Born Blind?

Most blind people who dream would still have visions in their dreams, even though they kept their eyes on function. But a small percentage wo were born blind wod would dream in the form of sounds and other experiences. Laksa says he as a 16 year old wants to be an interpraner but hates school.
