I think people who have ADHD or ADHD definitely thrive by being busy. I wish I could say that I can relax. It is hard for me to sit and watch a movie. So yeah, it's a love hate thing. You pretty much nailed it in terms of all the different things I juggle. Yeah, I'm just kind of a busy person, but I love it. And really dive into both how you manage your ADHD and where some of the challenges that you're still having with ADHD.
