Why Can't I Play Someone Who's on Xbox One?

Jesse: Why can't I play somebody who's on PS4? Because the people who developed the game aren't giving the resources. Nobody who runs the league plays NHL. So they don't get upset. Players do. Just like the players are not going to speak out on their own. It used to be a big thing. And now NBA players still talk about their like, they're rating. But it's not like they play shooter games now in the end. Like these are complaints from people who care about the game. We want to see the game be better.
