Silanka is trying to go through a process of restructuring, but that process is dragging out. Unless there is a quick turn around, we are looking at a very scary sit ation of even a famine in the next few months. Part two, the green revolution. In april 20 21, president roger paxe announced intention to switch the country to wholly organic food production within ten years. It marked the end of using synthetic fertilizer on crops. The ban kicks ted a chain of events that accelerated shilanke's economic implasion.
