In postmenopausal women, there's no effect of isoflavones on FSH levels. There was a concern that from studies done in England, initially in 1994 and then 95, that soy could actually increase the length of the menstrual cycle. But if you look at the existing literature, maybe a one-day increase, now longer cycles are associated with a reduced risk of breast cancer. So it could be beneficial. I don't think it affects ovulation at all.
