The Importance of Focusing on Mental Health at Uni
I think particularly when you've got depression and anxiety, which is so common, people have that combination. One can trigger the other or one can make the other worse. So it's really difficult having these two conditions because at the same time, they're similar, but they're so different. And I think just having this time now where I say I haven't got any worse, I feel every day, just that tiny little fraction better is so like a massive progress.
