The Importance of Context in Referral Rock

I think right now you're more or less pointing in a general direction. It's like, I want to solve these things and I think this is possible. That's some narrow scoping with understanding customer needs could probably help identify some of the smaller goals. So it could be easy for us to go and build out like SMS features. We don't have an SMS feature. But one of the things we're thinking about is for like members that join or for program to get notifications on updates. There are all these other products out there that do this already.
