The Parable of the Rich Fool

The parable of the rich fool gets into some of the ways in which economic questions, how do they relate. What happens when the economic realities become in conflict with other values we have in a society? So n it, we'll begin here. This is luke 12, 13, 21. And one of the company said, unto him, master, speak to my brother that he divide the inheritance with me. And he said, unto them, take heed and beware of covetousness. For a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of things which he possesseth. He spak the parable saying, the ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully.
