I think that there's a kind of place for anger in the spiritual life. George Orwell not necessarily a Christian but he said that in order to be a good writer you have to wake up angry every morning. Anger sharpens our critical faculty and it helps us to address injustice specifically or tom foolery. I would say those are my default modes Uh, I'll come before lord and prayer usually in the context of a holy hour Which I will say first thing in the morning and just say I am sad and upset about something.
