Social media is a frequent topic in my household with two teenage daughters and it's not a black and white issue. We've come to see there are a lot of social media channels where it seems to be utilized as a means of attention. People sharing whatever negative or whatever challenges they're experiencing, not in a way to be inspiring but just in a ways to get some likes or get some attention. I don't think that's healthy at all. That's why I think it's important to understand what the motivation is behind this.
