The Ule's expansion could potentially be Sidicarn's downfall as Mayor. The levy itself is a lot of money for many people, especially if you have to pay it on a regular basis. If the judges find against Sidic and momentum gallows against him, this will add weight to those already saying that the mayor doesn't understand the suburbs. It also gives Tory voters a reason to make sure they do vote rather than perhaps sit on their hands and don't bother to take part in the election.
