The handmaids is about a future dystopian society where the religious right has taken over. The women who are fertile are rounded up and forced into sex slavery to bear children for the very patriarchal men. And so that's why the women will show up at these Pro-life things in handmaid's tail dress. Who do you think paid to bust all those women and dress them up like hand handmaids?
