I'm Not Sure of the Rules of the Voting Process of the Synod

There were about 13 of the bishops in germany who have simply abstained they wouldn't cast a no vote. That allowed the motions to pass and that was because the president of the german bishops conference bishop george um bear king or something i think his name is he said to the bishops you know if you don't like something don't vote no just don't don't voteYeah there's something about that in in uh in revelation you know you're neither hot nor cold i think jesus speaks.
