Building Relationships Over Time

When I was at Chase, we were working on an international wire transfer product and we had to continually cut scope because of time and constraints. And so there were a number of things that were like dropping below a bar of quality for us where I had to build relationships over time. It's actually been building them with dev leads and architects and others who would help me understand how to like kind of get around what we were being told is an official line in order to ship like a quality product that we had envisioned. But it wasn't tripping across compliance or things legal you know, bounds but it was definitely informed though by being a little bit clever with relationship building.
