In the cutscene, he returns to his hotel room, turns on the TV, and flips channels. As he watches, the woman in the scene morphs into Demean Moore. Line's intention with this scene was to suggest that as upset as David was by what he imagined was happening between his wife and this other man, fantasizing about it became pornography to him. Somewhere in there, it's kind of exciting for him in a sexual way. It's kind of an aphrodisiac.
