The Chinese Point to the Failure of the Liberal Democratic Model

There are a number of indicators that the Chinese point to is to the failure of the liberal democratic model. The 2008 financial collapse which you know caused huge amount of havoc in the West but actually the Chinese managed it extraordinarily well. And then finally Afghanistan the one, the one things that the Chinese always respected of the West and especially the quality of our security forces and our military. So that's that's really what what concerns me it affects Latin America, but the Chinese are not as focused on Latin America as they are on kind of the other way around.
