In Episode 38, the ADHD Adults James and Alex discuss exercise and ADHD. As usual, this simply awful podcast contains psychoeducation on the subject delivered by Alex the Psychoeducation Monkey, James and Alex's reflections on exercise and  ADHD,  'What did James lose this week?" returns with an Ibizan theme and Alex continues to get absolutely real communication from Robert from Kidderminster, as well as from real listeners and welcomes our confusingly spread out international listeners as well. The usual awful attempts at some  'Top Tips', also known as Spunk Trumpeting' also pokes its face in.  Alex takes photos when he cycles and James did a massive poo in Ibiza.
