What Is a Quantum Computer?

A quantum computer is a device that can be either cooled down to almost absolute zero, or has some other phenomenon that it takes of. When you cool something to zero, behavior of materials changes dramatically. If you have a super conductor, the way it works is dramatically different from normal conductors. And so what people have found is that rather than look at quana mechanics as something that is spooky and bizarre, this ability to entangle things could be used for unbreakable cryptography and data transmission. It could also be used in a very bizarre way, to build a computer. This computer looks something like a row of, let's say, rings that are either magnetically in one direction
