What's Inside a Proton?

Most of us seem to have this idea that protons are made out of god three quarks. You take two up corks and one down cork, and you put them together, and you make a proton. There's even a nice plug for a great sounding book in there called we have no idea That tells everybody all about the mysteries of the universe. It was ghost written by us but looks like it was written by two handsome gentlemen.
