You Choose the Title of the Light We Give

I think part of the philosophy that has helped guide me through these difficulties has been to find the goodness in the toughest situations. We're wired to focus in on the negative, what we perceive as threats. It can be really challenging to really see the world for what it is. What I truly believe is that there's more light than there is darkness,. That there's more love than there is hate. The lesson was clear that you can make a choice in your life to see the goodness around you.
