Open Goals Are More Effective Than Specific Goals

Open goals seem to work roughly as effectively as smarkles or specific a specific challenging goals. For insufficiently active individuals, they perform better with open gols than they do with smart golds. Open goals also lead to a much more positive psychological experience of engaging in the task. And it's that psychological bonuses that come along with open goals that i think really make them quite important.
