So, like, they turned off lucking public drinking fountains and, and many of them are still not on. It's like even water is now considered like, oh, you want water for free while youare walking on the street? Er and thiss, like, what happened in the two thousand a crisis, and also what happened during the pendemic era. And it's not the crisis lays barey. This was always, this was a happening anyway.
