Turn out is a big deal in the off year election, but when in doubt, bet and revert to mean. When people are pissed off, voting gets high, cause vot on politics becomes more relevant. But will they get enough of a surge to undo the ugly little fact that since world war too, the party in power in the mid term as lost an average at 26 congressional seats and three or four senate seats? You have an argument that the pesing candidates are terrible, but in a big enough wave, anvils can win. I think thit's one of the most useless questions.
