How to Find a Stable Base for Barefoot Training

The whole barefoot thing running is an option. Barefoot training could be maybe doing lifts. You do some of your Olympic lifts. Maybe you do kettlebells barefoot. If you do all of your squats in your lunges or if you do pilates and yoga, technically you're doing barefoot training in those practices already. So I just want the listeners to know it can look like several different things.
