The Rise and Fall of Durex Condoms

In the UK, start-ups such as Hanks and Rome are trying to dent Durex's dominance. The rising and falling manjals I saw in 2023 looked extraordinarily similar to a photograph of a production line in 1949. In their natural form, they emit the smell of latex, blunt and thick, a whiff of tires, and post-apocalyptic landscapes. Even when the smell is masked by scented lube, the slippery eel of the condom remains.
