Can the Penguins Get a Cap and Off of Waivers?
The one move I liked from today was finding a way to get off of Brock begins contract which had two years after this one. The fact that the Penguins were able to find a take over cap and open up all that cap flexibility is extremely extremely disappointing now right off the bat hex stall would not have had the leeway in terms of his own job security to kind of do what the capitals did.
