Should a Good Criminal Society Criminalize the Purchase of Sacks?
The case for foll decriminalization pans out whether we look at it from a right space, a consequentialist or a negaletarian perspective. As you all know, i'm taking the negative on the question, should a good criminal society criminalize the purchase of sacks? I think it's not only ok to de criminalize consentual sex work on both the sellers and the buyer's end, but also the good and just thing to do. Criminalizing commercial sex is both illiberal and bad for everyone involved, in addition to having negative externalities.
