How Do You Take GTD to the Organizational Level?

i tend to constantly be emptying the in box throughout the day and keeping it at zero as much as possible. So i'm trying to say, how do you take g t d to the organizational level? And so that's the journey that we're on right now, is how we track those,. How we manage those, how we review those an sort of an organized way. I will tell you that i've already had people come up to me and say, wy, i really can't believe what a difference thats made in those kinds of things.
