i basically argued that you either had to let go ing for a kind of humian scepticism, or you had to either go with like, leibniian pansychism or a tomistic theism. Is that dissertation ever going to become a book? I don't know. It has now sat in my desk drawer for 20 years. There's this massive chapter in there on teleology in aristotle and contemporary theories of intentionality. And so yade, i don't know the thing is publishable, but man, was a fun trip.
