Harry Reid: I remember my grandfather always telling me, hey, Harry, God makes everybody unique. It always be respectful, but don't let somebody's title or position impact. A woman who was making a presentation at Kellogg one time said she realized all those board members of all those CEOs were "just somebody's dad" He says he believes really good leaders want you to challenge and is fanatically focused on trying to do the right thing.
