Set expectations for what you're going to do and when. I remember when i was practising yoga all the time. And then five or six days became two days, and then it became like never. But now where i am to day is yoga is twice a week on the week ends for ten minutes. And you know what? I never miss. It's about giving yourself a little bit of a carrot to show yourself that you can go for another run if you missed it yesterday.
