The Commerce Clause Doesn't Apply to Health Care

The president took a big whack at the power of congress through the commerce clause by saying that we couldn't do this unless it was a tax. That goes out with his so called anti dragooning a principle, which we haven't heard of since but i'm sure it can be dragged out at some point. It is that once states are getting money from the federal government, there's a limit to how much conditioning the federal government can put on them.
