At least five marathons would probably be a good starting point. I wouldn't encourage this to be somebody's like first or second or third marathon. They have to show me from a nutrition standpoint that they have their fueling down. And we're not afraid of sport strength and business feedings is like, all them like eating when we're not hungry,. kind of having those foundational habits.
