The Samaritans Offer to Help You Build the Temple
Samaritans offered to rebuild the temple, but they weren't worshipping the God of Israel. In John chapter 4, Jesus later on has this conversation with the Samaritan woman at the well. And she highlights the fact that there is division here. Why? Because in the Samaritans, the Samaritans might even say the Lord God, but they mean something else.
