Is China a Leverage in Developing Countries?
The aim of the open lamb is obviously to develop soft wares locally, in co operation with like local firms and customers. But then it's what we would expect from profit driven ventures, rightlike? We don't really expect them to go and share their cutting and technologies with developing countries. Local governments have to be more aware of than an like, more strategic in terms of their industrial policies,. And that's the point i was just going to make. Who has the burden for here?
