I take big strides, swing my arms. And the fact that it's to music makes it possible to do it longer than if it was just a dull exercise. I found out if i rub my fingers across a rub of rough surface, that the idiot, it kind of modifies the tremor and sometimes makes it stop. So for a while, carried sandpaper in my pocket until your fingers got down to a nubnd, then you had to stop me. And now they don't shake any more, cause there's none left. It changes to be, presumably, progress is going on. More cells are continuing to die because nobody knows how to keep them alive yet,. or
