CNN's John Sutter looks at how Facebook tried to crack down on hyper active users. One plan would have reduced the spread of content favored by far right and far left users. But Mark zuckerberg, who is known for being averse to controversy, was against it. The social network eventually agreed to cut back on some accounts that were more likely to be bots or work in shifts.
