Building a Witness to the Elements

Confirmation bias is the tendency people have to embrace information that supports their beliefs and reject information that contradicts them. It's almost like, you know, we're our brains are wired to immediately question or dismiss anything that doesn't conform to our preexisting beliefs. And a good example of this would be within the church. They will label anything that disproves the church's truth claims as anti-Mormon lies or you're an anti-M Mormon in general.
