Josh: If you are like when Uber launched Uber everything as it was called their reply rates were bananas just insane they had like 60 80% response rates the 30% meeting booking rates those bananas of think about that. Product market though do you have a thing and that's the whole theory do you need what I want what I have if everyone says no don't quit trying to sell that thing nobody needs it go do something else then you know the number one cause of death of a startup is premature scale investing in go-to-market dollars before they have strong product market fit.
