The Role of Nonviolence in the World

I've been reading speaking of the violence part of the world and the Christian view of it. It led me to purchase a whole bunch of Tolstoy books kind of as the opposing point or the white army point. I do believe there's a place for defensive force but non violence is actually interning of the cheek, right you know? We're seeing something very similar playing out today with maybe the Andrew, Andrew Torba gab types versus maybe someone who's more of the turn the other cheek so much you spend yourself into dizziness.
