How to Be an Impactful Product Manager
I spent 15 years fighting against tools developed by people who didn't understand the job that I was doing. So when he described this role to me and I thought about the impact that I could make on everyday people's lives, it just made sense that I had to go back and try to do what I can. And that, like I got so much joy out of that role to get messages from store managers saying, hey, after you stopped by and talked, I see you made these changes in our application and my day to day life is so much easier. You can't beat that.
