Tips for Interviewing for OC&C
OC&C is hiring at two levels: undergrad level and first year MBAs for internships. I would like to hear about advice that you would have for people that would maybe be interested in OC&C, both the application and the interview. What I would advise people to do in interviews is not use jargon because they probably don't understand it. Just think from first principles about the right way to solve the problem. Thirdly, just relax and show who you are as a person. Show your humanity. Don't pretend or some kind of flat business stereotype,. You're not a business machine. You're a person.
