C T P G - C++ Compiler - What's the Difference?

The c t p g project is a compiled time parcel generator. Instead of the operators that are in the bison syntax, you use splus plus operators for this purpose. It also makes me think, this is not dissimilar to how i have how i use ketch to in my own projects,. cause you can do the poundo fine, katch mane or whatever.
