Roll Up

Vet is now being supported by roll up, a tool for bundling applications. Roll up has an already huge existing equo system that can be used to create better defaults out of the box. This makes it easier for vet to give you a good default in production. It also gives you almost no control in terms of chunking. So going with rollup is a ially a sort of trade-off between the plugging api and how the existing eco system decitioned we can give a better performance beltr users.
