How to Breathe Deeper
This practice is more subtle, it's more soft. We're not finding the deepest breath. But as we go on, and when you're in the second, third, fourth minute of the practice, you might discover that the breath has deepened without that needing to force it. And the wonderful thing about this practice is you can really do it anytime, anywhere. Lying down, seated, standing, walking,. I don't want you to force the breath in and force the breath out. That can add sort of a harsher quality. I want you to keep the breath gentle, almost effortless.
